• Followed by Brunch and fermentation workshop

Afternoon

• Core flow and stretch

• Followed by portugese wine tasting, cheese and canapés.

The special venue is located 40 min drive from Almancil, close to Tavira, and a short walk to the beach. Use of the pool and ice bath included in your day. Massages can be arranged for an extra fee.
